Privacy Policy
This policy summarizes how the Emirates Joint Registry handles patient information inside the platform.
Information We Collect
The registry collects account details, identity details, demographic information, clinical procedure data, patient-reported outcome responses, documents you upload, and audit events required to operate the registry safely.
How Information Is Used
Information is used for patient identification, doctor assignment, procedure recording, PROMs follow-up, quality monitoring, reporting, audit, and registry governance.
Protection of Sensitive Data
Sensitive identifiers are protected in storage and masked in user interfaces where possible. Access is role-based so patients, doctors, and administrators see only the data needed for their registry role.
Sharing and Access
Assigned clinicians and authorized registry administrators may access relevant information. Public PROM links use tokenized access and do not expose sensitive patient details in the URL.
